How to easily save all the information of your acquaintances in your Pc / Phone

If you want to store all the information of many people (Ex: your friends, relatives, your business partners, customers) in one place, then this blog is for you.

You can create a list that contains all the information about all those people –

Follow the steps:

Step 1: Turn on your Pc > Go to the search option > Type “Access” > Enter.

Step 2: Click blank database.

Step 3: Choose file name and file location > Create.

Step 4: Click 1^st Option “View”.

Step 5: Click “View” > Choose Design View.

Step 6: Write your field names (As your choice) > Choose your data type. You can write field names like First name, Last name, Ph. No., Address, Country, City, Pin Cord, Email Id.

Step 7: Click “Yes”.

Step 9: Write all information.                                                                                                 

Step 10: If you want to Attached Photo than choose attachment in the data type > double click on the attached sign > Click Add > Choose Pic > Ok.

Step 11: Tap External Data > click More.

Step 14: That way you can collect information from many more people and it will share in you Mobile phone and save it.
