How to create a PowerPoint Presentation step by step

Create a review video for YouTube using MS POWERPOINT

Do you want to create a presentation on MS POWERPOINT 365 for your YouTube video then read the blog to the end.

Step 1: Open the PowerPoint 365 ® Go to New slide ® Select Insert ®Click SmartArt ® Picture ® Enter or Ok ® Change your background image as you like.

Step 2: Insert your YouTube channel logo or image in the main circle ® Insert sub images in 3 small circle (Ex: Like logo, Comment logo, subscribe logo) ® For background insert your Customize picture ® Select insert ® select shapes ® select text box for top of the slide and write something (Ex: Welcome to my channel) ® customize text of your choice.

Step 3: Go to next slide ® select insert ® select shapes ® select two text boxes (1. write About My Channel, 2. write you introduction) ® For background insert image of your choice.

Step 4: Go to next slide ® Before starts your 1^st video material, create a short page as for example: Let start the video ® For background insert any image of your choice.

Step 5: Go to next slide ® Select insert ® select any image for your background ® tap shapes ® select text box ® write your product name which you selected for review.

Step 6: Go to next slide ® Insert product image ® select text box for write the product name and buying cost.

Step 7: Go to next slide ® You can use topic related background images before starting the next topic (Ex: Product Features). (As you like)

Step 8: Go to next slide ® insert product image in right hand side ® insert table to write specifications in left hand side ® Go to the insert tab ® select shapes ® select text box ® insert the text box at the top of the slide and write the product name ® change the background (As you like)

Step 9: Go to next slide ® follow the previous method.

Step 10: Go to next slide ® show left and right sides view of selected product ® change the background as you like.

Step 11: Go to next slide ® go to insert tab ® select shapes ® select two text boxes ® write (Top: More features, body: write the features point-wise).

Step 12: Go to next slide ® show back sides view of selected product ® change the background as you like.

Step 13: Go to next or last slide ® go to insert tab ® select text box ® insert a background as you like ® write your YouTube channel name on top of the slide ® write Thank You on below the slide.

Step 14: You can choose the background image and text format as you wish.

Step 15: Lastly, apply animation on the slides to make the presentation more interesting.

Step 16: Slide show all your applied animations to see if all of them are working properly.

Step 17: Now that your product review presentation is complete, you need to convert it to video using MS POWERPOINT 365.

Follow these steps for that –

Go to the Record tab in MS POWERPOINT 365 ® Tap to Record Slide Show ® Start Recording. (You can add you voice in it.)
